| The Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), a member of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), is a multilateral financial institution. It provides financing (in the form of capital investments, loans, guarantees and other instruments) and advisory services to private enterprises in Latin America and the Caribbean. The IIC’s mission is to promote the economic development of regional member countries by stimulating the establishment, expansion and modernization of private enterprises, particularly in the case of small and medium-size companies.
Thus, after a demanding qualifying process in connection with Due Diligence on its Statement of accounts and Statement of results, industrial processes, environmental care and Market and Human Resource Management policies, the Inplast Group was granted approval by the IIC to receive support to develop new projects, economic integration within the commercial sphere and regional direct investment. Hence, the IIC has become a strategic and invaluable ally of the Group as regards sustained growth. |
